2. Scope and Relationship to Stayflows Website Terms
These Terms apply only to Tetrooms and the Services offered through tetrooms.com.
If you access the Stayflows corporate website at stayflows.com, separate website terms apply to that site.
Priority
If there is any conflict between these Terms and any terms that apply to the Stayflows corporate website, these Terms control with respect to the Tetrooms Services.
3. Description of Services and Pre-MVP Notice
Tetrooms provides tools and content designed to support revenue workflows for independent hotels, including:
- estimation tools related to occupancy and unsold room nights
- gap-night identification and packaging workflows
- pricing review and guidance workflows
- early access onboarding for upcoming functionality, including direct booking workflows
- educational content related to hotel revenue management
Pre-MVP and early development notice
The Services are in early development. Features may be limited, unavailable, or changed at any time. Any estimates, outputs, or recommendations are directional and depend on the inputs you provide and market conditions. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or specific outcomes.
Third-party services
The Services may reference or connect to third-party tools and platforms (for example, PMS providers or payment providers). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, performance, or terms.
4. User Obligations
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
- provide false or misleading information
- use automated systems to access the Services in a way that could impair performance or availability
- attempt to reverse engineer, probe, or compromise our systems
- interfere with other users' access to the Services
- upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- violate applicable laws or regulations
Information Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. Inaccurate inputs may lead to unreliable estimates, outputs, or recommendations.

All content, features, and functionality of Tetrooms, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, and underlying methods, are owned by Stayflows Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

- achievement of any revenue targets or outcomes
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stayflows Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
- lost revenue or profits
- business interruption
- loss of data or information
- cost of substitute services
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, to protect the Services, users, or our rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its applicable rules. The arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and will be conducted in English.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
